BOS Stockard Channing, the only really good thing in Grease. It may be beloved by a generation of kids who weren't actually, y'know, old enuf to remember the '50s, but it's not a very good movie, and a travesty of the original stage version.

Mick's walkin' barefoot!

My first thought was to offer a preemptive 'walkin' barefoot' jinx, but then I got distracted by an email & now it's too late.

yeah, we get it.

I'm thinking this sounds rather Steely Dan-ish.

Probably Nicolette Larson.

ETA: OOps, shoulda read ahead. I see you were able to determine that for yourselves.

Don't think I've ever heard this particular Sea Level song before.

interesting post-set ad, an Albertson's commercial from CO, which says "You bet things are different".  Not as different as they are out here baby!

indeed -- I was not pleased when Albertson's turned back into Lucky. Albertson's "store brand" stuff was awesome; the "new" Lucky uses "Sunny Select" as their store brand and it's quite inferior IMHO.
