BOS from me.  Impossible to hear this and not think of JJ's "Steppin' Out," but that was '82, yeah?

WOS to Clapton's R&R<3, one of the least rocking songs of his oeuvre.

Someone playing "Undercover of the Night" on accordion is my visual of the day.  HM to the Stones; I hated this when it came out but it's slowly grown on me over the years.  Still one of their messier songs.

BOS2 to "Mad World."  I'm one of a select few who thought Gary Jules's morbid reworking of it an upgrade.

VHM Roger Ebert when he was good.

Just got done with his book Your Movie Sucks.  His writtten reviews are still consistently excellent, esp. about bad films.

P.S., if you don't know the story behind the title, look it up.

I prefer the original, but I certainly thought Gary Jules' version was a good cover, and it was definitely more suited to the film, which is the main point anyway.

Everybody BOS's the "Train in the Distance", everybody knows it's true.

Even though that first line of the first verse makes me want to sing "I remember Sunday mornings, I would meet him at the park ..."

sadly, since his illness, he's not the same, he pretty much gives 4 stars to everything, which might be a "I'm just glad to be alive and seeing *any* movies" kinda thing, but still...

What information pertains?

Nice job on the "go to bed" segue here!  And BOS 3 to Robert Smith and co. (though he's shaking even more like milk these days now that alcohol's taken its toll in more ways than one).
