Title: KBCO, 11/7/07: 1990
Post by: mshray on November 07, 2007, 08:58:43 AM
When Dave does 1990, you can almost guarantee something from Toy Matinee, Michael Penn, Jellyfish & World Party, as well as "Birdhouse In Your Soul", "Blue Sky Mine" & "Suicide Blonde".

Now with "Blue Sky Mine" Ginger has already played 3 of the 7 things that charaterize a Morey-by-the-numbers set in the first half.

This Satriani is also KFOG-friendly.  At least MC Hammer won't show up --except maybe in a Cheeze Medley.

WOS Satriani - I never got the appeal of that one - and BOS to Sinead with one of my favorite verbal gooses.

The Lightning Seeds' "Pure" has saved this set for me.  I listened to this SO MUCH when I was a junior in high school.  The first twee pop to get a lot of airplay - I was delighted.
