aaack! two bad years in a row. But at least "Ladder" is a deep Joan Osborne track.
-
This set could be a crap shoot ... or more likely, a turkey shoot. I hope Ginger has no need for the swing revival.
-
this DelAmitri song sounds kinda Marc Cohn-ish to me.
-
Knowing "Where It's At" is 11 years old is making me very, very sad. BOS anyway.
-
wow, this Beck album is 11 years old already? Two VHMs and a BOS!
-
"That was a GOOD drum break!"

"11 years old" JINX!
"what about those who swing both ways -- AC/DC?"
-
"That was a GOOD drum break!"
actually, only a terminally white Scientologist would consider that a good drum break...
aaack! WOS Tracy Chapman, just on principle.

What principle would that be?

The "Tracy Chapman sucks" principle, silly.

The definition of "meh": Matchbox 20's secretary rock on "Back 2 Good."

I believe it's "...the AC/DC's"
"Loser" is now 13 years old. Every time I hear the line "he's choking on the splinters" with it's Daffy Duck-esque labial fricative, I am reminded of Niedermeyer in Animal House abusing Flounder: "A pledge pin!? Drop and give me twenty".

Was this one of the ones in the top 20 or so of that list Mike linked a short while ago? I still contend Rob's mom rigged the voting on that.

Drop and give me Matchbox Twenty! Amazing that a band that started out as Hootie clones have lasted longer than Hootie.
-
Taj Mahal in '96? Whatever it takes to pull this set up from the abyss...
-
Wow. Taj rules.
-
Drop and give me Matchbox Twenty!
ROTFL!!
From now on, that's their name!
-
I remember hearing this "Lack of Water" song a lot at the time, never knew who it was till now. Not doing anything for me.
-
wow, haven't heard "Lack of Water" by Indiana's own The Why Store (yet another in the Hootie-soundalike parade) since '96.
-

sounding a LOT older than when he did the orig studio version of this. But VHM. And Just Another VHM JCM.

Never heard it, seems okay in that context.
BOS Mellenhead "Just Another Day", completing and Indiana Daily Double.

and Chalk Farm (which is what you get when there's a lack of water) did nothing for me.
But BOS2 BNLs, "Matchbox", er, I mean "Shoebox"
