WP was BOS #1 for me, but Ginger must have started a bit early as I came in at 8:58 and the song was already playing. So I thought, "Wow KBCO plays that in regular rotation? Cool!"

Lowen & Navarro, "Walking on a Wire" -- one I've only ever heard in Ginger's 1990 sets.

Indeed, sounding like Marc Cohn a year before Marc Cohn sounded like Marc Cohn.
ETA: which isn't necessarily a bad thing. VHM from me.

YES! I was trying to put my finger on who that sounded like.
yeesh, Natalie Merchant/10,000 M's with an unnecessary cover of "These Days"

I'd completely forgotten that was from Rubiyat, which is actually a pretty cool covers collection (Gypsy Kings doing "Hotel Calif", etc).

VHM Midnight Oil; I bought this LP on blue vinyl in the waning days of that format.

Wow, a deep Pretenders cut, BOS "Sense Of Purpose"

Ditto the BOS; this kinda got lost, as radio was a bit bored with them at the time, but I think it's a fine tune.

I've never heard of Zachary Richard, nor of this song "Who Stole My Monkey", but kudos to Ginger for the segue out of The Freshman with Brando & Broderick talking about Curious George & The Man in the Yellow Hat. LOL!

The Cajun Mr. Richard's "One Kiss" was a KFOG playlist staple back in '92/'93 -- the only song of his they've ever featured prominently. It still pops up on Acoustic Sunrise.
