If it weren't for the Drive, would anyone remember Dan Fogelberg?

I sure would.

HM to "Sister Golden Hair," but BOS to Zep's trouble-free transmission.

BOS2 to "My Little Town," which I cannot get sick of. Which reminds me: I never told y'all about my recent trip to Pittsburgh, in which I helped my mom move to Saxonburg, a quaint little "Americaville, USA" Nascar town northeast of the city. Odd coincidence: The town was founded by the man whose wire cable innovations allowed his son to design the Brooklyn Bridge.

That's interesting.
I'm sitting here thinking what I can recall about your mom, and it's all impressions, nothing factual. How old is she now? Is she still working & if so what does she do?

I've never talked much about her. She turns 67 in December and is recently retired (she spent several years doing all sorts of jobs, from waitressing and cooking to cleaning doctors' offices). Her career plans were crippled by her then husband, who forbade her from working and driving throughout the '70s.
