BOS2 Brewer & Shipley, one Toke over that line again.  I guess this was a late-1970 release? I always associate it with spring of '71.

One of three breakouts for me.  But I'll BOS those Apple Scruffs.

BOS4 George, and his "Apple Scruffs". To the guy on LaSalle's blog last week who said George wasn't worthy to be in the RnRHoF as a solo artist: are you insane? this LP alone nails it.

This has turned into quite a set.

Well, I probably don't need to hear "Spirit in the Sky" again for a decade or more, but Rob's been great so far so I'll give it a pass.

BOS2 to the Blues Magoos, going through changes like Peter Brady.  Wish he'd gone ahead and played a full song after the ad.

Proxy of Geoff and Ali, "Sugar Magnolia"

Rob's pulling out great old commercials: here's one for the Blues Magoos LP of 1970 that sank w/out a trace despite a great song called "Never Go Back to Georgia".

and VHM Dead, "Sugar Magnolia".

a major part of my childhood -- I was scarred by it, actually.  Kids would break into a chorus at the drop of a hat. It never stopped. There was even a Spanish version.

Cerveza Schaefer, es la mejor...

I do too, but that LP has been out-of-print for decades.  Bet even Rob doesn't have it.
