That was either 2000 or 2001.  I'm gonna guess the latter.  The Nina Gordon song is exquisite but the rest of the album sounded a lot more like old Veruca Salt -- so it sold for shit.

Especially nice pick on the Aimee Mann.  Sheer poetry.
