BOS JJ, "On Your Radio"  '79 sets always remind me of the Trouser Press headline from that year: "Elvis Costello - Is He The New Joe Jackson?"

Er, yes.  Trouser Press was a rather famous punk/New Wave music magazine at the time.

Quick call Raszty!  it's Ska on the radio, "Rudi, A Message To You" - The Specials.  Love that trombone!

I've been listening to a lot of Ska lately for some reason.

Good trivia question, Ginger having already mentioned how Elvis got beat out for the Best New Artist Grammy by A Taste of Honey, which of the remaining 9 of today's featured artist DID win that award?

Specials
Rickie Lee Jones
Roxy Music
Bruce Springsteen &The E Street Band
Pointer Sisters
Joe Jackson
Van Morrison
Elvis Costello
Pink Floyd
Ian Gomm

I think it is Rickie Lee.
