Title: Classic movie dialog song...?

Hi all,

I was wondering if you could help me. I remember a song that was played on KFOG that has classic movie dialog (including Peter Lorre at the end) and I think it was by Supertramp. Does anyone know the name of that song? Thank you in advance.

Are you thinking pf Jon & Vangelis, "The Friends of Mr Cairo", which has refernces to Maltese Falcon? (I don't think the dialogue is actually from the film, but actors imitatiing the cast.)

I was thinking of the same song as Mike!  Similar castrato vocals perhaps as Supertramp.

Wow,

Thank you so much for the quick reply. That's exactly the song I was thinking about! All I could remember was the Peter Lorre imitation and the sound of the projector in the background. You both are truly amazing at song recognition. You should be on "Name That Tune" if it ever comes back on. Thanks again.
