Lido must be in on the "chart action" rule, cuz this album was released in '76. Down Two, Then Left was '77.

indeed, early '77 was when this was a single. But the LP was still charting too, and that's also a Dave rule.

fwiw, "Lowdown" peaked in '76 at #3, Lido Shuffled in at #11 in '77.

Yeah, but the second time through, the riff is doubled on something that sounds more primitively metallic, for lack of a vocabulary to describe it.
