Title: 10 March 2017: it's... 1973
Post by: RGMike on March 10, 2017, 09:27:12 AM
one of my fave years but man this is another case of LN-overkill, except for a rarity and a bustout.  Also: "Radar Love" is from the summer of '74. Ooops.

This was an in-between year for me.  College drop out, living in SF, started working in the Post Office at Rincon Annex mid year.  Listening to KSAN.  Strange times.

I half-expected a "time" set today for the "spring ahead" this weekend but 'twas not to be.

For me, half the set is at least worth hearing (Midler, Mayfield, Quatro (!), Focus, & Gladys and her Pips), but the other half, yeesh. I guess if this were baseball, we'd be hitting .500 with a couple of singles, a couple doubles and a home run.
