This is a good song that I liked long before I ever heard Dave play it, but now I really hit the skip button when it comes up on the CD player.

Most of the truly egregious Katrina's are songs I never liked that much anyway, so their being Katrinified only gives me one more reason to dislike them.  But CCBW is one of those songs that Dave has personally ruined for me.

Damn, something is really wrong with my computer.  The auto-complete is completely malfunctioning & so I keep posting as a Guest.  And something is attacking the KBCO player and not letting it buffer.  The Drive player works fine but for 3 days now I couldn't listen to Ginger.

And that, Mr Guest, is the definition of a Katrina (and why Katrinas suck).

And here's 2 more: The Call (which Dave has ruined for me) and SRV.  '89 is truly the Katriniest year.  Awaiting FYC and "Everything's Broken". Praying in vain for Was/Not Was and Neneh Cherry.

Ever notice how BJ just completely skips over the '70s in that song -- he goes from the moon landing to Reagan in 2 lines.

Dude! Best Katrina ever!

But I wish Mecha-Streisand would come and stomp on this set.

The 70s were Billy Joel's best decade. I guess he couldn't find anything to complain about. Or he couldn't remember anything that happened what with all the blow & furniture polish....

Wow, XTC "King For A Day" is the bonus track.  Great song.  Way to go Annalisa & the Foghead who picked.

"Fool's Gold" would've been okay too.

Sometimes it's hard to say if it's a human or not.  Bulletin Boards get attacked by spambots.  We just had one sign in, and leave some messages (which made no sense) then in the signature, left some links to online gambling sites.  I nuked them all!
