Nope.
It's 10@9:56 today.
And we're starting here the way we ended Boulder: with a guitar instrumental.

Eric Johnson? VHM in any case.
ah, "Katrinahouse in your Soul" -- pretty much the only TMBG song Dave knows...
-
"I'm your Katrina, but I'm not your only Katrina..."
-
Kind of dug the World Party tune, but it's becoming a bit of a frequent guest in 1990 sets too.
Now we've got Petty's Face in the Crowd--a decent song but not BOS-worthy.
-
MC Katrina "'trina time!"
-
ah, Hammer. It just wouldn't be '90 without ye.
-
BOS Hammer time Can't Touch This.
Didn't the Niners do a rap spoof on this?
-
HM Jane's Addiction

HM Jane's Addiction
Woof!
This is cool.
-
Leaning towards BOS for Jane's Addiction if nothing better comes along.
-
BOS for Jane's Addiction. The Random Numbers did a passable version of this. (That's my old band, defunct nearly as long as this song is old :-( )

as part of their infamous "sensitivity training" video? "Don't Touch That"

Guess Dave musta listened to Live 105 back then -- I don't think this was KFOG playlist fodder in 1990.
-
BOS "Blue Sky Mine". And it's Midnight Oil, right?
-
HM for Blue Sky Mine (roger that Midnight Oil, Beej), another Random Numbers tune
-
Hothouse Flowers redux!
-
I'll venture a BOS2 to Sinead, Nothing Compares 2 U.
-
"it's been six weeks and zero days
since Dave played a 1990 set"
And Sinead may have made an appearance then too -- seems like she always does.

This was awesome at WingDing in 2001. Sadly, they disbanded shortly thereafter.
-
Thanks, Davefish!
I'm giving a special Zeitgeist Award to Sinead. This song was all over 1990.
-
I always like to hear "Metropolis", because I never hear it anywhere else, but Dave does not get any originality points for it anymore.

-

Did Prince release as a single the live version he later recorded with the NPG band, which appeared on his "The Hits" compilation? I'd love to hear that more often.
"Rosie Gaines!"
