Listening but no idea what titles!
-
Echo & the Bunnyman - Lips Like Sugar -- the one song E&TBM fans are sick of hearing
Gene Lurves Jezebel - The Motion of Lurve
Lou Gramm - Midnght Blue -- power ballad from Foreigner's lead singer. It stayed at #1 for five weeks on the Hot 100? (read that on Wiwkipedia). Always like this'n
Pet Shop Boys- It's a Sin -- epic sound
Belinda Carlisle - Heaven Is A Place On Earth - meh
interspersed throughout are clips from Tammy Faye & Jim Baaker's fall from grace. Ted Koppel grills Tammy Faye on her shopping habits, she says she shops at TJ Maxx and it calms her nerves. heehee
Brooooce - Tunnel Of Lurve, oh yeah, nice
-
Sounds like Terence Trent D'arby "Sign Your Name"
-
AT&T commercial ---> Sounds like U2 "Trip Through Your Wires"
-
Carly Simon! "Coming Around Again" -- a FB request
-
Moonstruck ---> Replacements "Can't Hardly Wait"
-

well the Carly (one from my wish-list) is a bustout fo' sho'. And the Gene Loves Jezebel was a request of mine the one other time it was played. Ditto "Sign Your Name", iirc. And "Midnight Blue" is also an only-once-before appearance. So this wasn't too bad for '87 on a Monday.

peaked at #5, actually. A Big Fingers fave iirc -- not sure if he requested last nite.

Yes, you're right: it peaked at 5 on Hot 100. It did sit at #1 for five weeks on the "Hot Album Rock" chart.

Criminy, it appears my boss is posting those setlists. All it needs is for it to say "April, 2015".

Was this TTD's first non-"Wishing Well" appearance? He may have had the record for most plays, but only having one song being played.

No, As Yet Untitled and If You Let Me Stay have been played. Wishing Well is indeed in the Twenty Plus Club.
