I thought our long-awaited PC upgrade last week would make the Peak's player work better -- but now it doesn't work at all.  :(

Nope.  Not surprised -- they only upped us from IE8 to IE9, and (apparently) Silverlight is now disabled. Or something.  Several players that worked before do not work now.
