nearly 2 hours later, not exactly an avalanche of requests, and the most LN-y so far are Porno For Pyros "Pets" and Sting "Fields of Gold".

unlikely suggestion that AL might just surprise us with: RuPaul, "Supermodel (You Better Work)"

TOTHK: TFF, breaking it down yet again.  Wasn't it Dave who used to play this one in the wrong year?

Segues like this one just make me grin like mad. (So glad our 18-month 10@10 nightmare has ended.)

and there are so many MORE of them -- RR would be lucky to have 3 clips per set.

more Groundhog Day --> Freddie Jones Band "In a Daydream", which is pretty LN as far as I'm concerned.

certainly qualifies as a rarity if not a bustout. But I was never a big fan.

At least it's more typical of their sound than the MOR snoozers KFOG usually picks from their catalogue.

I was digging it.  BOS contender for me, along with Duran Duran. Ordinary World is one of their best, even if it was with the truncated group.

Not a bad set, exactly, -- certainly far from the sort of DC-era LN-fests we used to get, but not spectacular either.  At least AL's segues and clips can save a ho-hum set.

You can't beat the Scandinavians for existential moodiness.  BOS.  This video was part of
the exhibition on robots at the SJMOA a few years ago.

She should have played both of the songs in full that she played clips of: Tag Team: "Whoomp (There It Is)" and The Mighty RAW: "Go Go Power Ranger" (Both of which were on Hits 106's playlist!)

Yeah. Radio segregation sucks. And I just mean genre segregation here.
