I can't hear - which one?

Cherrelle's "I Didn't Mean to Turn You On".

and speaking of covers... SRV, "Superstition", another for the this-didn't-get-airplay-until-he-was-dead list.

Maybe it will be an all-covers set! I've never heard Cherelle's version.

It was the last film I saw. Unfort, Spanish TV dubs everything, so I didn't get to hear her supersexy voice! But it made me remember that I used to like the Coen Bros once.

"Intolerable Cruelty", I think it's called in English. Soderbergh directed the (new) "Ocean's" films.

Ferris Bueller is something of a TANC, since I saw Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist last nite.

BOS3 Annie & Dave in the "Missionary" position.

and every night, hopefully!

I don't even notice the Cars. It's like commercials come on the radio. I just drown it out. I found myself wondering what happened to the stream. Oh! It's still working - it's just the Cars!

For sure they were well beyond their prime, but I can always give a nod to Elliot.  His solos were always tight.

He's still playing that same character (AD... Juno... Superbad) but the film is mostly rather sweet. It's a mash-up of Before Sunrise, After Hours and Bueller. And it's easily the most gay-friendly mainstream teen comedy I've ever seen.

Someday we'll get thru an '86 set without Challenger. That's *my* "Dreamtime", which is a huge Katrina at this point, no?.

Hint, it also featured a young actor on his way from being a child star to a comic leading man.
