With the Memphis Blues Again.
Very nice. Nobody sings like Bob. Really works here.

I'll assume you mean BOS Bob... Or is this Bob's best (Best of Bob)?

I think this might be the only R 'n' R song that contains the word 'Panamanian'.

BOS da Prunes! one of the GREAT singles of the '60s. Little Steven swears there's a version by Jerry Vale (it was apparently written for him originally) floating around. I'd LOVE to hear that.

I always enjoy Bob's deejay patter, but I can vouch for one thing with certainty: Seattle's coffee culture is a product of the 90's, not hte 60's. I lived there from 80-87 and never even heard of Starbuck's until the last year or so. And then it was only because they opened their first store outside the city limits of Seattle.
Electric Prunes do sound 'jacked up' tho'.
-
proxy BOS for Gaz: "Kicks". one of Mann & Weil's many gems.

Following the Prunes, Paul Revere sounds more psychedelic than usual.

The Smithereens did a pretty decent cover of this in the early '90s.
