'LNG plays Rick Nelson's wonderful, forgotten Dylan cover from late '69: "She Belongs To Me". Gotta put this in the AL "suggestion" pile.
-
JJ plays that fab Creative Source version (the orig) of "Can'y Hide Love", which pre-dates the EWF version by 2 years.
followed by Flaming Ember's "I'm Not My Brother's Keeper"!
-
Bob Shannon's "Behind the Hits" theme this week on 'LNG is "at a loss for words" -- he's playing both instrumentals (no words) and songs with a surplus of words (long titles etc -- guess "Life is a Rock" will be spun as a song with WAY too many words).

Missed "Life is a Rock" but here's one of the great long titles: "Jeremiah Peabody's Polyunsaturated Quick Dissolving Fast Acting Pleasant Tasting Green And Purple Pills" (!)
-
OMGWTF: 'LNG plays Bobby Russell's first hit, the Roger Miller-esque "1432 Franklin Pike Circle Hero".
-
Radio de Sebb unearths Lou Rawls doing "For What it's Worth" (!)
-
Logged on to WODS for Barry Scott -- the CBS stations have switched to yet another new streaming player. Audio quality seems to be a big improvement, for once.
ETA: Barry pegs Men at Work's "It's a Mistake" as a Lost 45 -- guess he doesn't listen to 10@10 ;)
-
ROTFLMAO: Barry Scott interviews Chi Coltrane about "Thunder & Lightning" -- she says it's about a "deeply spiritual experience" she once had. Uh-huh.

That's one way to describe it when it reaches everywhere.
