HM Roy Orbison- or at least to this person who I think is Roy. If it's not Roy I guess it could br Chris Issak. But, I'm thinking Roy.

Mr Isaak (who we heard earlier) isn't fit to kiss the hem of Mr O's garment.
BOS for me too, a fine fine album that deserved more accolades than it got.

BOS to Erasure, "A Little Respect," which I'm still amazed went Top 20 with such lines as "what religion or reason could drive a man to forsake his lover?"  They're in the middle of a 10-night residency at the Irving Plaza, and I didn't get to buy tix.   :x  :x  :x

Ahem.  Mr. Isaak is fit to kiss anything he damn well likes.

Particularly if it's on my person.

Well, sure. But, I wasn't sure if it was Roy or not and I've only been half paying attention (I overlooked the ealier Isaak).

I was a fan of Mr. I long before most folks knew who he was... but he's been coasting for some time. He thinks he's Roy Orbison but he's really just Rick Nelson with better cheekbones and a bigger, uh, you know. Which ain't at all a bad thing to be. But he needs a makeover. And I don't mean from Carson Kressley.

Greetings from Prtland OR!

Just checked the setlist, actually not bad, the only real Katrina being Johnny Clegg & Savukatrina.  Couple of deep album cuts & no FYC or any of the other usual suspects.

I might be online tomorrow morning, but then I fly to Idaho & definitely won't be on Wednesday.  Back on Thursday in the Bay.
