BOS2 "It Ain't Easy"! A Morey rarity, fo' sho'.

We really need to hear some 3DN now, since they (a) covered this, and (b) stole "Liar" out from under Argent.

which TV theme was that?

dude, that was the mary tyler moore theme!  written by one of Buddy Holly's Crickets, btw.

I thought it was a Paul Williams song.

indeed, he wrote it, but the singer, Sonny Curtis was a former Cricket.

actually, Sonny wrote it in 1970.

The internet LIED TO ME!!!  That *never* happens ::)

Damn! What were the odds of hearing BOTH versions of "Call Me the Breeze" in the same morning?

BOS #4, but I'm gonna miss the last 3 songs or so as the first staff meeting in years has just been called now that our GM has returned from Taiwan HQ.  I anticipate cost cutting measures, but not personnel cuts (finger crossed, knock on wood).  But the GM has all the leadership qualities of a wet rag, so it's not going to be pleasant no matter what.

So did you notice that the stream quality has gone downhill, from 66kHz to 49kHz?  It sounds noticeably worse.  Or is it just me?

TANC, Benson played a cut off of Jean-Jacques' new album this morning for NRT.

No breaks.  Just no highs and lows or clarity.

Time to go to the DMV.  See ya later!

Sounds a lot like the guy who was exec editor my last 6 months or so at CNET. How do people like that get into positions of responsibility anyway?
