And we're starting with a B52s song I don't think I have ever heard before. Good? Bad? Indifferent? Discuss.
Let's get right to it.

"Good Stuff"? I think not... tho' Dave does get props for a breakout. But Fred sounds especially annoying on this one -- clearly trying to clone the previous, most-successful-of-career LP.

"So let the people say we're downright nasty - I just say we're down right."  Always liked this song though it's a little overproduced and self-consciously hit-conscious, following in the trails of Cosmic Thing's massive success.

Anyone remember what year Prefab Sprout's "Appetite" was from?  I've had that stuck in my head yesterday and today.

that's funny. i wanted to say '92, but i remembered this song as later, for some reason. actually, it's that i remember the album before (the one with that other chevrolet song) being released in '92, but that's just age catching up with me, i guess.

"good stuff." a fun cassingle to have owned. haven't thought about it in years, though.

ooh! a peter gabriel song that doesn't mke me want to kill myself!

Is "Good Stuff" the title?

Nice bubble-it-up bass from Peter Gabriel on "Steam," a fine track overshadowed by its son-of-Sledgehammer video.

Ayup.  I think that's the album title as well.

Hey Y'all, send me all your positive vibes this afternoon from 2:30 to 3:30.  I have a 3rd interview, and I really want to get this job.  Could be a huge jump in salary.

Does anyone besides me remember the extremely short-lived ad campaign:
