Some folks had a harder transition from the '50s to the '60s than others :wink:

I had an aunt who used to put "the" in front of everything.  If she'd lived here she'd have shopped at The Safeway and The Walgreens and The Albertson's...  and listened to The KFOG.

I just read the recent Rolling Stone which is a 40 year tribute to Summer of Love. There is mention of "The Cream." It is a good issue. I learned a lot.

I heard this driving home from Office Depot.  So, as I'm putting together my new office chair, every screw had a theme song!

Just read back over the setlists from this week--looks like the marathon tomorrow should be pretty great. Both 68 and 71 in the same week--very nice.

Those two sets do nothing for me. I don't like 60's or early 70's music too much. I guess being way too young for these sets make it uninteresting for me.

I think there's an idea somewhere that us old folks get up early, while the "kids" who dig late '80s/early '90s sets are just regaining consciousness around 10:30.  But since he saved Jim'n'Tammyfest for last, I can now tune away after having heard 4 good sets.
