I wonder if KFOG is doing A-Z this year?  Usually it happens between Feb & April.  Reason I think of it now is that I can judge if it's going to be a good year or not by whether Henley's "Boys of Summer" is followed by the Atari's awesome rockin' cover.  In 2004 it was, last year not.

One of the realtively few times where the live version is better than the original, "Burning Down The House" from Stop Making Sense (a Jonathan Demme film)

Bowie's "1984" would have been wonderful to hear in its entirety.  I'll settle for the rain on Annie, though.

(Work for latest issue of Jane ended yesterday, to resume next month.  I got to sleep in today!)

My suspicion is that the Ataris are going to be lost to time.  The cover was pleasant, but not really necessary.

For three blissful seconds, I misidentified "Rockin' at Midnight" as "The Curly Shuffle."  Oh well.

BOS to Pat Rent-A-Car's "We Belong," her best and most mature work (not that one implies the other).
