Mark my words, if there is any posting where Bush can satisfy his far-right constituency it will be this one.

On technical issues, such as radio spectrum allocation, Powell was actually very progressive.  And much as I agree with Tim the TV Critic, anyone who fines Fox News can't be all bad.

Powell was/is a jackass sycophant to Big Media, but I agree that this is no cause for celebration in that his replacement will be more of the same, and quite possibly someone from Focus On The Family or the Traditional Values Coalition.
