Apropos of nothing to do with the dictionary (or football), but did you happen to mouse over the ad at the top of the page for Liz Phair's new record. RRROWWRRrrr!! The uncropped version of the picture, while not x-rated, is much more, umm, provocative. Too bad the song that it's promoting is sort of a Sheryl Crow retread.

A very tough week, only three games btwn a losing & winning team, (and I missed on picking upsets in 2 of those) everything else is either btwn two good teams or two bad teams.

I need both the Jets & Colts to bail me out & let me go 8-8.  Yikes!

One of the few fu$!@in weeks I pick Oakland. Hindsight, grrrrrrr. Jets are down right now and

11 AVON, GEOFF
10 FLEM, GAZ RGM, URTH
7 POC
6 MSHRAY

GAZ and POC have NO but it's early yet. They had two early TDs. C'mon Jets!
We're all hoping for Indy to keep it going Monday night.

Whadda game. Awesome defense. Meanwhile...the commercials. Wendy's caught me by surprise with Frampton, Baby I Love Your Way. Fidelity did a whole pitch based on Sir Paul's career/life.

I have two that are different, and don't feel good about either of them.  Feel even worse about picking SD this week, but the Raiders are DEAD TO ME now.  Until they bench Collins, anyway.  Or the next home game.  Losing to Miami was just pathetic.

Weird week, picking the Ninnies but not the Raiders.
