Wed 5/1/13: April showers bring May flowers

actually tuning in today because I'm intrigued by the concept.

Beatles, "Rain" -- instant BOS1. One of my favorite B-sides evah.

BOS2 JCM. Rain on da scarecrow, blood on da plow, yo.

LN: CCR. Well, have you evah?

BOS3 the Mighty Zep. It is the springtime of Percy's lovin'. And he's got quite a man-root there.

Crapton when he was Clapton, letting it rain. BOS4.

and now the flowering begins: TP "Wildflowers".

oy: Scott MacKenzie wearing flowers in his hair -- extremely LN.

aaack: WOS Poison, "Every Rose Has it's Blorf"

LN2 Smithereens. This has gone downhill quickly.

BOS5 Skylark's "Wildflower" -- blue-eyed Canadian soul. Woulda liked to hear New Birth's cover.

Beatles - Rain
John Mellencamp - Rain On The Scarecrow
Creedence Clearwater Revival - Have You Ever Seen The Rain
Led Zeppelin - The Rain Song
Eric Clapton - Let It Rain
Tom Petty - Wildflowers
Scott McKenzie - San Francisco (Wear Some Flowers In Your Hair)
Poison - Every Rose Has Its Thorn
Smithereens - Blood & Roses
Skylark - Wildflower
