Anyone care to wager against Renee bitching during the backsell about how short the songs were in 1965?

DING! DING! DING!

Weener weener, chicken deener.
and any fool knows

a shelter

Hell, she hasn't spoken an off-the-cuff line in the last three months, why should she start now?

Dang, those back in the day songs are short! I wish they were longer.

conversely, I wish Train's songs were shorter. MUCH shorter.

Yes, Rocky & Bullwinkle was played between the Stones and the Animals, during your fire drill.

Dang, those back in the day songs are short! I wish they were longer.

What started out as a joke became this:

 1. The Rolling Stones - Down Home Girl
(Radio: Stan Freberg/Sarah Vaughan/Quincy Jones "Who Listens To Radio?")
 2. The Animals - Worried Life Blues
 3. The Kinks - Milk Cow Blues
(TV: Bob Dylan on the Les Crane show)
 4. Bob Dylan - Tombstone Blues
 5. The Sonics - Night Time Is The Right Time
(Commercial: Cousin Bruce Morrow and Petula Clark "Things Go Better With Coke")
 6. Petula Clark - I Know A Place
 7. Tom Jones - It Takes A Worried Man
(News: Martin Luther King Jr. speaks at Selma)
 8. Otis Redding - Change Gonna Come
 9. The Moody Blues - Can't Nobody Love You
(Commercial: the movie Help!)
10. The Beatles - Yes It Is

https://soundcloud.com/capnjack-1/01-10-10-1965

The first four were long (for 1965) "blues" numbers, in response to Renee's "short songs" comment.

If you're willing to listen, enjoy!  :)

ETA: I just took this file down to add another.  If you want to listen to it, let me know, and I will reupload it.

ETA: It's back up!
