there's a point at which you should STOP DRAWING ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT YOU"RE SCREWING UP.

If she wanted to show she has a sense of humor she should play it again every couple songs for the rest of the set. But we know that ain't gonna happen either.

This one gets played on our local oldies station at least a couple times a week, so I have heard it a bunch over the last few years. Still great--BOS candidate.

exactly,  you fake it till you make it. 

Don't bring attention to your mess-ups. Chances are most people haven't noticed.   Not here, of course. but in most cases.
