A couple of "mystery theme" sets they did recently.  First one's a toughie, the 2nd less so.

Aug 23rd:

My Life - Billy Joel
Won't Get Fooled Again - Who
Livin' on the Edge - Aerosmith
God Only Knows - Beach Boys
Wanted: Dead or Alive - Bon Jovi
Thank You for Being a Friend… - Andrew Gold
With a Little Help from My Friends - Joe Cocker
Bad Reputation - Joan Jett
Woke Up This Morning - Alabama 3
Rock Around the Clock - Bill Haley

TV show themes?

DING DING DING! We have a winner!

And August 17th is B-sides.
Slipping into something
And out of something else

They did another "Mystery Theme" last week:

(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction - Rolling Stones
Lay Down Sally - Eric Clapton
You Haven't Done Nothin' - Stevie Wonder
Who Are You - The Who
Ain't Wastin' Time No More - Allman Brothers
Don't Ask Me No Questions - Lynyrd Skynyrd
Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love - Van Halen
I Got You (I Feel Good) - James Brown
You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet - BTO
I Got a Name - Jim Croce

I'm baffled so far.

Grammatically incorrect titles (with double negatives having an especially strong showing)

I was thinking there wasn't nothin' wrong with Who Are You, but I guess it's missing a question mark.

Another Mystery set -- a bit too similar to the one directly above.

10/19 - Mystery

Sweet Talkin' Woman - ELO
Ramblin' Man - Allman Brothers
Jive Talkin' - Bee Gees
Smokin' - Boston
Lookin' Out My Back Door - CCR
Reelin' in the Years - Steely Dan
Flirtin' With Disaster - Molly Hatchet
Gimme Some Lovin' - Blues Brothers
Blowin' in the Wind - Bob Dylan
Jumpin' Jack Flash - Rolling Stones

ETA: obviously, the connection was dropped G's, g.

This was not done as a Mystery set but see if you can guess the connection here:

Crazy Train - Ozzy Osbourne
Ob La Di, Ob La Da - Beatles
Wipeout - Surfaris
Rock of Ages - Def Leppard
Brain Damage/Eclipse - Pink Floyd
Rainy Day Women #12 & 35 - Bob Dylan
Clap for the Wolfman - Guess Who
Barbara Ann - Beach Boys
30 Days in the Hole - Humble Pie
Thriller - Michael Jackson

One of these days somebody should do a 10@10 with the songs in one of Weird Al's polkas.

Larry not doing much better, LN-wise: "Like a Rolling Stone" and "Satisfaction". Jeez.

BOS "Eve of Destruction" -- one of my fave 45s of all time.

BOS2 "This Diamond Ring" -- Al Kooper wrote it and Leon Russell plays piano.

Today's theme on their morning 10@10 was "Beards". presumably the facial kind and not the other kind.
