Time for REO-when-they-were-good to fly. BOS1.

LN1: Toto.

LN2: Boston. Wicked bad.

LN3: Old Time Rock'n'Seger.

jeezus effing christ: uber-LN4: ELO "Mr Blue Sky", one of the most overexposed songs ever.  I mean, for a single that peaked at #35...

"Sultans of Swing"... "Love is Like Oxygen"... this is one of Bob's least-inspired '78 sets evah.  All that's missing is either "Thunder Island" or "Dreadlock Holiday".

VHM VH.

When the Petty track is one of the less-exposed songs in a '78 set... BOS2 "I Need to Know".

Keep it to yerself, BJ -- it's YOUR life. VHM.

Toto - Hold The Line
Boston - Don't Look Back
Bob Seger - Old Time Rock & Roll
Electric Light Orchestra - Mr. Blue Sky
Dire Straits - Sultans of Swing
Sweet - Love is Like Oxygen
Van Halen - Eruption/You Really Got me
Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers - I Need To Know

Fri 6/22/12: 1985 redux

JCM R.O.C.K.s; so does SRV.

eeek: Huey with one of the Katrinas of all time. uber-LN.

LN2: Everybody wants to rule the 'Trinas.

LN3: old Fogerty down the road.

T.Heads: little pee-pee and little toes.

NOOOOOOOOO!! Rush. "Big Money". Bigger WOS.

AAAAAAAAAACK!! WOS2 Heart, "Alone" "What About Love" (sorry, all their crappy power-ballads are the same song to me).

uber-LN4: don't you forget about Simple Minds.

Mellencamp - R.O.C.K. in the U.S.A.
Stevie Ray Vaughan - Look at Little Sister
Huey Lewis & the News - The Power of Love
Tears for Fears - Everybody Wants to Rule the World
John Fogerty - The Old Man Down the Road
Talking Heads - Stay Up Late
Rush - The Big Money
Heart - What About Love?
Simple Minds - Don't You (Forget About Me)
Phil Collins - We Said Hello, Goodbye (Don't Look Back)

Wow, that Phil Collins song may suck but I think it's an ATBB.
