Pre-emptive 10-way WOS tie.
I have the same feeling... but you never know.

Vote early and often! Here's hoping for a Genesis and Tom Petty-free set.

Bah.  I hope AL plays "The Damage You've Done" or "Runaway Trains".  But not "Jammin' Me".

Same here, those are the only two TP songs I legitimately like.

hey Jack Kerouac, Natalie M wrote a really boring song about you. Your estate should sue, 'cause you were not boring.

Jack Kerouac-->Alex Chilton--> ? ?

Seems like a My 3 Songs in the making.

btw, was anyone listening ten minutes early?  They were playing Chumbawumba for no apparent special reason, and I almost thought the set was starting early

I'll take Classic Moreytrinas for $500, AL: "Hourglass".

Squeeze:  I ask you, is this any worse than 86-87 era Genesis?

That's gotten a few spins on the "new" KFOG.

'trinas by the millions etc.

My biggest complaint with DC isn't that he's playing more new music that I don't necessarily care for.  Rather, it's that anything from the past now has to be a "golden" oldie.  No deeper tracks from the past allowed.

Yeah, this is true.  At least he's bringing back some "golden oldies" that got laid off for many years...but it does seem that almost all of them were singles.

...and then an overplayed (but otherwise decent) Cure song comes on.  :-\
