I'm guessing... Santana? BOS3FRA
I'm guessing too, but I'm guessing not Santana. No clue.  Sounds a little more like Chicago to me.

Sounds like AL took the bait on my suggestion for the day: Mongonucleosis, by Chicago. Have to catch the replay tonight!
Let's get right to it.

Nice pick, hadn't heard it in many years.  Here it is performed on New Year's Rockin' Eve 1975, I didn't know Toni Tennille was in Chicago (or whoever that is on stage)?   ;)

Quote
(News: Nixon on the beach during the impeachment debate)
  3. ABBA- Waterloo
  4. Tower of Power- Don't Change Horses (In the Middle of the Stream)
(News: Nixon resigns- Ford takes over)

another clever bit of segue-ing that I only caught up with on the replay: Nixon meets his Waterloo and America changes horses.

AL has been on a roll since Friday's "Dads" set.

I very nearly requested Grace's "Come Again Toucan"

If AL has that I'll be beyond gobsmacked.  Great selection, though!

I figured since she played "Pretty as You Feel" it's possible. Also planning on "Have You Seen the Saucers" when 1970 comes up.

Now *that's* a hard-to-find record.  A "Saucers"/"Mexico" twin spin would be out of this world.

What a bizarre intersection!  The three of us agreeing on this song!
