BOS: Jeff Beck!

BOS2  -- One of the lesser played tracks off of Blow By Blow.
So....which one was it?

didn't sound very much like a Constipated Duck.  or did it?

No, I don't think so.  If I had to guess (and I do), I'd say "Thelonius"

I do better with Wired, mainly since I haven't had a copy of BBB since my last cassette of it wore out.  I did grab "'Cause We Have Ended As Lovers" off of iTunes, though...

I was thisclose to requesting the Starship track, so I get one from my wishlist anyway. Next time for "Meal Ticket", then.

Okay gang, a few items FYI.  First, Gaz, item #167 (page 81) in this upcoming rock memorabilia auction, two autographed albums (one Jeff Airplane and one Jeff Starship) signed by band members including Grace Slick, Marty Balin, Paul Kantner, along with 3 photos of band members signing the album. On the next page, Geoff, are items from Lovin' Spoonful and Grateful Dead.  For you Bruce fans, on page 112, items #262 and 263 are Bruce-owned and '80s stage-worn denim vest (with sleeves cut off, of course) and black leather boots (no size given).  Sunday, item #283, the Ramones "Hey Ho Let's Go" knit scarf, and #303, a Debbie Harry signed photo.  Alicat, the Jackson 5 stage-worn custom boots (#398):

Wowsers.  Caught this on the replay - not often I hear 3 of my all-time favorites in a set.  Thanks for the proxies, Moxies!

Nice synth segue into KC and the Sunshine Band.

Every time I hear Get Down Tonight, I think of a clip Dave once played leading into it, of a DJ (from Florida, I think) giving a way over the top, over-emoting (or maybe he was just coked out) intro. He almost sounds pissed off he's so into it. It was a '76 set, though, iirc.

Let's get right to it.
