From the video it looks like Capp tried to extend an olive branch by giving Mosca flowers, but Mosca brushes it off in his own way which offends Kapp, igniting the dustup.  Too bad they can't enjoy their golden years without rancor.

But one thing they don't mention is that, while smoking is bad, breast augmentation isn't that great a health choice either.  That said, I've been cigarette free a little over 3 weeks, and my nipples have never felt better.   :o

Smoking is not a good thing, no doubt, but really? Nipples have fallen off because of it? That seems a bit hard to believe.
