I like that map -- but I noticed the Western Addition thing as well, and also note that they call it Civic Center instead of the Tenderloin and make no mention of South Beach (which was only establishing its identity around the time I lived by the Embarcadero).

A very small number of people refer to the streets abutting the Tenderloin and Japantown as the "Van Ness Corridor" -- and thus people living on the border of that and the 'Loin live in -- here it comes -- TenderNess.
