Beej, this weeks Little Steven show (available on his website) was a salute to all things "Batman"

I heard a little bit of it. Very cool. The Burgess Meridith/Penguin stuff was awesome.

Bruuuuce!

And FYI your hero Bruce Campbell was at the Balboa last nite screening his new flick The Man With the Screaming Brain (great title) and plugging his new book Make Love the Bruce Campbell Way! (even better title).

Shit, and I was gonna use that for the title of MY autobiography ...

Well, one would think there might be some differences between the Campbell Way & the Gaz Method. So, go ahead & use that title I sez!

If I emphasize that this guitar is called "the Wangcaster" and you click on the link from work anyway and get in trouble with your boss, don't blame me.  I warned you.  It's called the Wangcaster, by the way.

maybe not so funny, but for Gaz especially, here's the "designed by Barry Zito" necktie the A's are giving away for Father's Day:

The Phillies are in town this weekend; Barry pitches Fri nite.  Zito and Burrell, together at last!

*Sigh*

Humor aside, I find it more and more difficult to bother reading anything Scott McClellan says.  I know it's the press secretary to obfuscate and occasionally lie to get the press off the president's back, but Scottie takes the role to new depths every time he pretends that black is white.

The press secretary should be a member of the opposing political party (this would be more complicated if we meaningfully had more than two parties, but hey).  If that were the case maybe we'd get a little truth out here in the apartments and suburbs and ghettos and farmlands of America.
