interestingly, tho' today is 1/11/11, no one's thought to do songs with "one" in the title. (tho' the Drive did number songs... yesterday)

I'd have rather ridden on the Westbound #9 than up around the bend for a TOTHK, but not bad.  I remember a nondescript hair metal band called Hanoi Rocks getting some Headbangers Ball MTV play with a pointless cover of it.

BOS2 to the Marmalade's Badfingeresque weepie "Reflections of My Life."  It was Dave Morey who introduced me to this - and to the band - way back in '96 or '97.

Yah, Badfingeresque, though I was thinking it was Holliesesque, especially in the harmony.  Nice tune.

So far 3 of the 4 tunes are One Hit Wonders, perhaps Reflections of today being 1/11/11??

per wikipedia, Reflections Of My Life was released in late 69, so I suppose this is one of those songs that could live in two different years.

nice harmonies.  for the next '67 set, I wouldn't mind hearing the Marmalade's I See The Rain
