seems to me AL played that fairly recently, but the most-recent '78 set I found was 2 months ago.

I can't believe it, but I'm not sure that I've ever heard this version of Because the Night.  Amazing.

well, it's only just being released this week, so that's probably why  ;)

I remember hearing him do this at MSG in late 1980, and turning to my buddy and saying "Gee, maybe he'll do 'Frederick' next!"
