It's reverse cover day on 10at10.  BOS for Neil's "Lotta Love", though Nicolette's cover is awful good.

Did this trump my Pretenders comment? ;)

Never could get into reggae.

The Neil song was ok but it seemed kinda cornball to play it after the mayor-got-shot clip.  :-\

aaaaaaaaack! the SNF clip gave me hopes of my Tavares request, but instead we get "Katrina Island". WOS on principle.

excellente set, Senora AnnaLisa!

BOS! Bruce -- here's a tweet from some random guy during Patti Smith's set at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass:
Patti Smith singing Natalie Merchant's "Because the Night". Amazing. #hardlystrictly http://yfrog.com/nfxahej

ugh. amazing indeed.

BOS2 Joe Walsh.  :)   But Seriously Folks... is a great album and should have included In The City, which wound up on the Eagles' The Long Run, thus giving their record a big punch-up.

I'll BOS3 the Po-Pos for my brother in absentia.  Big Police fan, that guy.

HM Neil, although I LUURRVE Nicolette Larson's version.

VHM to Thunder Island.  dat's right.  another one I like that some just do not...  Joe Walsh plays excellent slide on this one, too!

... and Cheap Trick, what's not like about their first 4.5 albums?  BOS4

Kudos for playing a seldom-used Harvey Milk/George Moscone news clip, I guess...

I never could get into Warren Z's voice that much.

Bob Marley gets a HM, although I'm not a huge reggae fan, if you're going to get some, getting some from him is a good choice

Stairway to Gilligan's Island, tee hee!!  A housemate in college had a very hissy tape of a live version of this, and we were all convinced it was the Grateful Dead.  Actually, that version could have been: it was warbly and croaky.
