This tune is NTM.  Nils Lofgren?  Pretty good song.

NTM too, but Nils played guitar and I don't hear much guitar in this yet... a lot of piano.  it does sound like his voice.

I like it.

I googled around and I think it's Dr Feelgood doing Going Back.  nice..
Well, _I_ think it's Nils Lofgren, unless he was in Dr. Feelgood (never heard of 'em) based on my Googlings (see above).

And a BOS for the toy piano on "Why Can't We Be Friends".

ding ding!  good one!
Thank you, thank you!  ;)

TV Clips from : Happy Days: Fonzie Moves In episode

 From wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Happy_Days_episodes#Season_3_.281975.E2.80.931976.29)

epsiode 40
airdate: September 9, 1975
"Fonzie Moves In"
With Howard worried about finance due his hardware store facing competition, the Cunninghams decide to rent the room above their garage to generate some extra income. Howard looks around for a suitable tenant, and is shocked when Richie rents it to Fonzie. Howard is certain that the Fonz is unsuitable and plans to get rid of him.

    * Note: Fonzie, who had started off as a secondary character, had quickly become increasingly popular with the public through the first two seasons, so this episode was designed to move him in with the Cunninghams and thus bring him to the forefront of the series. This is similar to what "Family Matters" did, having Steve Urkel move in with the Winslows and turning him into the main focus of the series.
    * Note: Fonzie calls Joanie "Shortcake" for the first time in this episode.

Even more memorably (and influentially): Fonzie jumps the shark, thus giving us the expression for the point at which a TV show (or any other enterprise) becomes hopelessly worthless.

And many years later, on Arrested Development, Barry Zuckercorn (played by none other than Harry Winkler), literally jumps over a shark.

I remember when The Fonz (Ayyyy!) jumped some 55 gallon drums in one ep, and that was a jump the shark moment for me:
