I always had a Mondegreen from Dancing Queen (hey, that rhymes), because they really mumble & squeeze the line "You're in the mood for a dance."  I heard something like "Doin' the Lufa dance."

...and I never new what a Lufa was until we started this thread.
 ;) :D ;) :D

is that because our friend "lufaphs" showed up?

:)

btw, is that the same as a loofa?  the spongy shower aide?

you'll have to ask Bill O'Reilly  :)

Never really liked this that much after I grew out of my teens, but it shore does remind me of the summer I spent on the Schroeder homestead, aka my Uncle Dave's farm.  If this had been the AM radio mounted on his tractor back then, chances are this would have been followed by Shawn Cassidy singing "Da Doo Ron Ron".
"Music is the Earth, People are the Flowers, and I am the Hose."

I have to give props to Foreigner -- great opening guitar riff -- but that version was feeling like the first time radio edit.

Out of curiosity, I switched from the stream to the radio with poor reception -- looks like Boz (Find You Place in the Sun) was the bonus, but you wouldn't have heard it on the stream...

If that was Find Your Place In the Sun, then we're takin' a Pablo Cruise down memory lane, although I think Boz had a release in '77 as well.

Missed the set entirely--will have to try the replay this evening. Sounds like it was a goodie, with or without Elvis P. content.
Let's get right to it.

Oops.  That makes more sense.  But it sounded like Boz to me at the time, and I've never been much for either.  Except for 'Loan Me a Dime" of course.
