I think it's Jack's (speaking of Cream...)  A strong start.

(It is "seas are dried up", isn't it?  Or are you just funning?)

I hear him saying "my", not "the", so I always thought it was "seed". Unless he owns a sea.

another BOS to Ride My See-Saw, the song that got me into the Moodies

I bought their cassette of In Search of The Lost Chord and listened to it in my first "walkman" -- a model from Sears that was about hald the size of a phone book

Regarless of the use of the possessive, I hear him say "seas" rather than "seed's" too. File this one with the Mondegreens, methinks.
Let's get right to it.

I'm with you my love,
The light's shining through on you.
Yes, I'm with you my love,
It's the morning and just we two.
I'll stay with you darling now,
I'll stay with you till my seas are dried up.

the lyrics sites tend to be split on the issue; I really think "seed" makes more sense, since he's in bed with some chick in the middle of the night.

DUUUUUDE! da Fudge!  Speaking of psychedelia, i tuned past The Bone the other night around 10:30 and they were playing the loooong version of "Inna Gadda da Vida" yet again.

I was gonna say the same thing, though the "Clapton site" says "seas".  And that's less weird, I'd have to say.

BOS for Vanilla Fudge!  All heavy music, all the time this morning on 10at10.

ok, I know I'm not the only one who noticed the opening organ riff of You Keep Me Hanging On matches VERY closely the Nah-Nah-nah-nah vocals of Hush, Am I?

Very Moreyesque set so far. Hush was one of his faves in '68. And everything else we've heard got played at least a time or two during Dave's run. Vanilla Fudge gets BOS from me.
Let's get right to it.

and yet they pronounce Candi Staton's last name like "Staten Island". Go figure!
