worth noting, I think, that 3 of today's artists were also played in AL's only-other 1981 set in July: Devo, Rush, and Blondie. But two of those (Devo & Rush) provided bustouts today.  AL managed a very Dave-like set while only playing a couple of tunes he's ever actually featured. Quite a feat, IMHO.

LOL!  AL did say Rush earned BOS today -- although the KFOG site didn't say it when I copied the set list -- but I should have made it clear that it was an editorial comment.  Which I will do now..
