[right, I knew it would be tough, and we were on the North Shore and made it out to Port Jefferson, but by then I had given up all hope.

ETA: we did manage to eat a lot of seafood: steamers -- with those weird clam appendages sticking out from their shells -- lobster roll, we got a soft shell crab for some reason (but I don't think that's local).  good times.

Did you make it to Elephant & Castle in the Village? or did you bypass Manhattan altogether?

Let's Disco!

But this ain't disco, Bob :'(

It's Off-Broadway, "Stay in Time", an only-from-the Drive midwestern radio hit.  VHM, actually.

alas, didn't make it there.  we were in Manhattan a few times (stayed in Bklyn) but I was booked pretty solid and could not do all that I wanted, which is always the case for me in NYC.

VHM the Iggles, and I *can* tell you why: it's one of the few keepers from The Long Run.
