Judge is doing an extended salute to the Sylvers -- "Cotton Candy", which missed the pop Top 40, is NTM.

You are correct sir! It was also done by Disco Texx (which i didn't know!) but the Firefly version is the one I remember. Thought of as a "disco song" but really more in the "Soulful Strut" vein.
