BOS3 OMDs, you know?

I really like the singer's tone on this record.  Today's young singers deliver their consonants too hard and their vowels too whiny.

And they all try to warble like Stevie Wonder. Just hold the damn note, for cryin out loud.
Let's get right to it.

My overall BOS goes to UFO, the song which is NOT called "Misty Green & Blue" no matter how many times Bonehaeds request it that way from Steven Seaweed.  (and they do that a LOT)

I'm convinced Boneheads exist to make Fogheads look smart.

(spit take)  --- BWAHAHAH!

Love those bombastic strings. Classical Rock Music rocks!

It ain't classical, but you want bombastic? Wait 'til the next song....

who was that?  the lilting pleasant song? w the tenor?

I just re-read the posts from the original air date (all 6 pages of them!)

In one of his rare real-time appearances, Darryl asked if any of us had heard of this new game called Guitar Hero, because "Godzilla" was one of the tunes you could play on it.  Nobody replied that they had in fact heard of it, so I can assume none of us had at that time.

Who knew?

That's the one I was referring to as "bombastic."

well, he's like 200 feet tall, breathes fire, and was borne of humanity's folly, so a little bombast is in order here.  ;)

Apparently folks are missing Billy Powell more than I'd have guessed: today's bonus is I Know a Little, a nice little boogie 'n blues tune off Street Survivors. Man, that Gaines kid could pick it...

Annalisa mentioned that BOC will hit Slim's this March.  I've gone the past three years and Donald "Buck Dharma" Roeser still has it, even though he looks like your worried accountant.

They played the Yamhill Co. Fair here last summer. I was gonna go, then a family thing came up.
