They're soliciting greetings now.  "goodbye Dave" messages are NOT ALLOWED (sez Dave).

I was able to call in & record my message at around 8:45 this morning.  I was still driving and rather surprised that I got through, so apologies in advance for the couple of names I may have missed.  I know that a couple years ago I had a message & forgot to mention either Geoff or Gaz, and this time I had them at the top of my mental list.  But I'm sure I missed Alicat, and pretty sure I missed Mike & Urth this time.  Hard to be sure, it all happened so fast.

But regardless, let me be the first to wish all of you guys a very special Christmas.  I really don't know how I'd make it through the years without the steadfast friendship I've found in this group.  Blessings to all.

Just heard a pretty funny promo for the Xmas card set, featuring "the real" Santa Claus, a woman called "Christmas Carol", and Dave, who provided the voicing for all three.
Let's get right to it.

I'm really enjoying the morning show today, although it's very bittersweet.

Like a lot of others (I'll bet) I was still driving to work when Bohemian Rhapsody came on, so got to do the Waynes World thing in my own car's concert hall -- fun on Dave's last day.  :-)
Now I'm eight bits...

Can someone direct me to a listen link that actually works, post-redesign?  The player launched via KFOG's site is stuck in silence for me.  :(  I'm listening from work on a Mac.

Mike answered my question on another thread:

OK, the "new" player on the KFOG mainpage is kaput, but (thank gawd) there's an alternate link on their "listen live" page...

Try this:

It's working for me. (Admittedly I'm on a PC, but I think Tink uses it on a Mac.)

Anyone else besides Mark call in a Xmas message? I did not.

I believe mac users need the Flip4Mac plugin to make asx or apsx streams work.

I guess among other things, we deserve some Italian food!
