Sigh. I'd have taken *any* of the other choices over the Blues Bros. track. Leave it to the fogheads...

Exactly. I'm sure all the musicians involved with the Blues Bros. got a much deserved payday for that project, but they were hired to lend some cred to the project as much as for their licks. Jake & Elwood didn't exactly earn their stripes playing in funky dive bars (and no, their Blues Bar in NYC does not count).
I saw the Blues Brothers live at Winterland, and it was pretty darn good.
